International Pillow Fight Day-Remember the good old days?  The sleep over’s that always ended up with the "pillow fights"?  Weren't those wonderful?  John and I even had "pillow fights" with our little girls and even with them as teenagers.  I love them now with my 3 year old granddaughter.
National Deep Dish Pizza Day-Now how can you pass this one up?  We have a 9 x 12 x 2 cake pan.  We put our own homemade pizza dough in it and then fill it full of everything but the kitchen sink.  That would probably go in if it would fit.  This is one pizza you can't pick up with your hands.  It has to be eaten with a fork, but it is so good and so worth the making.  National Deep Dish Pizza Day here we come.
National Hairball Awareness Day-So ain’t this a day you really want to celebrate?  Well, I have 3 cats and to celebrate a hairball being hacked up leaves me temporarily speechless, something that is hard to do for the most part.  Have you ever had to clean one up?  How about 2, 3, several?  Have you ever stepped on one in the middle of the night when you were going to the bathroom?  Not pleasant and at that moment in time if you could get your hands on the one cat that hocked up this precious jewel, you would probably pinch it's head off right behind its tail.  So yeah, "We're gonna party tonight and celebrate, good times, come on and celebrate a hairball".
Blah, blah, blah Day-Blah, Blah, Blah Day just might be the blah-est day of the year. The intent of this day is to do all of the projects and things that people have been nagging you to do. This may include quitting a habit, losing weight (oh sure-what happens to the dark chocolate), or working on home projects. The "Honey Do" list or job jar that you have hidden under the bed for the last year is a top target for today so for heaven sakes...Run and Hide!!!
